Hugh Hefner’s famous men’s magazine is rumored to be going on sale. The 83 year old Hefner started the magazine in 1953 with just $600. Now, the asking price for Playboy Enterprises Inc. $300 million!
The magazine is one of the most successful publications ever, and Hefner was instrumental in bringing the guilt free sex and nudity lifestyle to North America. Would we have been better without Playboy? Who knows, but if nobody buys the magazine from Hef, we may soon find out.
