Getting in a little weekend retail therapy, Vanessa Hudgens was out shopping the day away in Malibu, California on Saturday (April 3).
Looking cute in a light purple and white springtime frock, the "High School Musical" hottie popped into Planet Blue to look for a new pair of shades.
On the career front, Miss Hudgens is gearing up for the July 30th release of her new movie "Beastly," which is described as "a modern-day take on the Beauty and the Beast tale where a New York teen is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love."
Having a laugh while talking about the differences between her flick and the original, Nessa previously told MTV News, "One thing [director] Daniel [Barnz] actually said to me in the beginning is the beast will have no fur. No fur! I think that would just make it a little bit less believable."
